According to my new best e-mail friend on the Internets, Jennifer Lawrence plays a 17 year-old girl named Ree Dolly in a movie called Winter Bone (no, that’s not a euphemism, though it should be after seeing these photos and video). I guess it’s a good flick since it won an award called the Grand Jury Prize: Dramatic and the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award at the Cannes Film Festival.
I guess tennis babe Daniela Hantuchova must have really enjoyed having her picture taken in a bikini for Sports Illustrated a while back since she donned one again for Hello! magazine for their April issue. If only more hot tennis players would follow her lead the women’s tennis tour could supplant the NHL as the fourth fifth major sport here in the U.S. Just a thought…
They're some of the biggest, most exciting events of the year, and MTV has announced the schedule for their awards shows in 2011. Honcho Stephen Friedman declared, “We are thrilled to plant the MTV flag early for next year by announcing our 2011 dates for the biggest and most influential nights in music, the VMAs and Woodies, as well as Hollywood’s most outlandish evening of entertainment, the Movie Awards.”
